Had a horrible experience with them. Got their contact through my home warranty company to repair my dish washer. They were supposed to contact me with in 24 hours, which they never did. When I called them after 2 days, I was told their computer system was down and they did not have my information with them yet. I called after 4 days and still the same response but this time I was told that they would send somebody in next 3-4 days. Faster than fast – I called recently to have my refrigerator looked at since it was not doing anything. They has a technician in my area and was out my house around an hour later. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He said the control board had shorted out and he had the part on his truck to fix it. I asked if they accepted checks, he said yes and went ahead and put the part on. Probably a rare exception of being in the right place at the right time, but I didn't lose any food and was fixed within 90 minutes of calling them.

Shoddy work – I have a Frigidaire refrigerator with an water and ice dispenser on the door. It begin leaking badly when you used the water dispenser because the hose had worked loose and was no longer long enough to fit in the socket. The repairman loosened some screws, tugged on it, and tightened them up again. The result is that it worked long enough for the warranty to expire and now its leaking again.
