Hired Mike Regan to paint and texture the interior of a house before selling. He and his crew show up at about 4 pm and painted during the night after working all day somewhere else. This went on for several nights with promises to fix all the goofups. He may be ok for cheap apartments, but don't hire for upscale residential work. His laborers are subcontractors from an agency. Plus he would call and say he was finished and ready for payment, when I arrived he was still working. I waited around sometimes for a couple of hour... read more
