Absolute trash. STAY AWAY! They never scheduled AC inspection and now after 2 years city sent me a notice of code violation. Tried to contact Universal Air and Heat several times, they said that previous company does not exist anymore but they may help but the guy is not available and bla-bla-bla. Have to go to small claim court eventually. STAY AWAY!
