He came over as quickly as possible and performed a diagnostic after I had called other businesses and been informed that I would need a new AC and furnace system. After running his diagnostics and walking my wife and I through everything, it became clear that I merely required a new AC unit. He was able to step up and replace my old unit in less than a day.
