I had another company out two days ago who told me my entire AC system was shot and needed to be replaced for thousands. I decided to get a second opinion and called Universal. I'm so glad I did. Hector was the technician, and he was amazing. He came in, diagnosed the actual problem in about 15 minutes. It was just a failed start relay, not the whole system! He fixed it for a fraction of the cost, and everything is running perfectly. Would definitely recommend them for their honesty.

Rick and the team at Universal AC & Heating Repair are simply the best. We’ve used them for years on several of our properties, and they have never let us down. They handle everything from minor repairs to full system replacements, and their work is always superb. Rick came out for an emergency call on a weekend, diagnosed a bad compressor on an AC unit, and got it replaced quickly. Their reliability and professionalism are unmatched. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I only received an estimate, but I was extremely impressed. The representative who came to my home was knowledgeable, professional, and didn't use high-pressure sales tactics. He inspected my old, failing AC unit and gave me three different options for replacement, clearly explaining the pros and cons of each. While I haven't had the work done yet, when the time comes, I will be calling Universal AC & Heating Repair. Their bid was fair, and their professionalism stood out.
