I ordered a dental camera(Shofu) last November. After my credit card order was refused I had to submit a wire transfer(foolishly I did that). They kept telling me the order had shipped - they’re also using a bogus freight service(Arup) after many months, they told me they would refund the amount - that’s never happened and I’m out US$1869 I have now reported them to the FBI - Google and US and other government agencies. Do not order through them they’re crooks for sure!
Seems like a scam website: No BBB to report to. Made order via website for 2 denmat SOL diode lasers priced at HALF of other dealers. They emailed: Sorry, due to the amount of your purchase and your location, We only accept Wire Transfer Payment for Overseas Client. I emailed: What if I only buy one laser? Their reply: We accept bank transfer payment for overseas clients. Thank you, UNIVERSA DENTAL
They cancel your credit card orders and ask you to pay with money transfer
