Sam did an outstanding job. He was quick on getting me an appointment. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He was exceptionally friendly very available. I would highly recommend him anytime if you have any travel trailer or RV trailers for repair.
Coming in late. AC was already having issues. Valve on toilet busted when water came on. Called Universa RV Solutions Mobile RV Repair. Luckily they were onsite fixing another camper and wwas able to fix both issues. Replaced both valve and AC unit within 3 hours to include getting parts. Adding them to my call list of go to companies when I need great quality service fast and at a good price.
Sam was knowledgeable and informative. He patiently explained what the issue was and how he could fix it. Quick turnaround. Referred him to a friend and they were also pleased with his service!
Sam did a great job diagnosing and repairing an electrical issue. A real pro with reasonable prices.
I cannot say enough how amazing Sam is!!!! He fixed the refrigerator in my Ford Transit camper van in no time!!! Helped with a couple other things too all within an hour. I am so thankful to have found him to help me going forward!!!! 🚐🩵
