My phone port was dirty resulting in difficulties charging at times. I took it in to be cleaned and he tried telling me that it wasn’t dirty, but the charge port needed to be replaced- $$$ I asked for the phone back and he didn’t pass it to me- instead he took it in the back and announced that on further inspection there was dirt in the port, and cleaned it out in a couple of minutes- charging me. Not trustworthy and I will never return there.
Fixed my charging port for cheaper then anywhere else in Durham, very fast too and friendly service!
