Placed an order for aluminum tubing on October 20, 2017. A week later I had not received a shipment notification and the order still said pending. I sent 2 emails asking for an update. Both went unanswered. Called them via telephone and was told they did not have the tubing I had ordered and that they had emailed me twice. (LIE! - Checked spam folder, inbox, and did search.
