Great caring team, really prepared me for my surgery and I am thankful for all their support and prep they provided. Worth the program rigamaroll (not really rigamaroll, it all paid off post op!). Best team, best care. I will always recommend UW for anything from primary care to weight loss surgery. Zero communication, went for my first appt a yr ago, was told what I had to do for the 6 month program. I did above and beyond the weight loss needed, went to counseling, nutritionist, physical therapy everything they asked. When i was all signed off by numerous docs, I emailed through mychart I was done. Never heard back from any of the team. Had they actually done what they said they were gonna do, they would've found the large mass inside me and it woyld be been removed a yr ago instead of December right during th e holid... read more
