The eye doctor Sawliha Seedat is very RUDE and unprofessional. Has a whole attitude for no reason and even rolls her eyes very ignorantly. Very uncomfortable experience and will not be returning.
Never even told me about the stitches that were going into my eye which did not come out! The job looks terrible! when I came back for my consultation the doctor was in OR for over an hour and still hasn’t reached out to reschedule me!
Rude don't go here. They are more concerned about going home instead of helping patients.
Very unprofessional. I was the second person in line. I was looking to make a appointment. I'm a new patient by the way. The lady at the desk before the last, was rude and made me stand in line behind all the people who were checking out. Mind you I was there before they approached. I waited in line a second time. The man at the first desk and the same rude lady, were free of clients and still took their time. Once I reached the man, he then gave me a phone number instead of making the appointment. Terrible!! I have been being rescheduled for MONTHS for chalazion removal. It's ridiculous how I'm continuously being told that the surgery has to be rescheduled due to an "emergency " I'm very disappointed.
