Why is this door always locked?? Seems to be the place to drop off seniors and disabled persons. Pressing the handicap button disabled from outside as well.

My husband was recently there, and I am very thankful for the excellent treatment he received. The nurses were very sweet and extremely caring. They treated all visitors kindly and were very helpfull.
