I am completely unable to schedule with my therapist because the receptionist is abrasive and always sounds like she's seconds away from snapping at you. Trying to schedule triggers my anxiety to the point of tears and I'm desperate for an appointment but can't get past the receptionist

This is the absolute worse place to ever get help for any mental issues. They do not care about their patients, they are only in it for the government funding which means having lots of people signed up and doping them up on whatever drugs big pharma has out for the week. It's an absolute waste of illinois state tax dollars and the people who work here should be ashamed of their lack of empathy. They don't deserve jobs...

I am giving Trillium 5 stars because of my IOP counselor Mackenzie. Mackenzie is well educated on addiction/ relapse prevention, always runs the class extremely well, is respectful and kind to everyone, & genuinely cares about each person’s problems in her group. She is very professional and good at what she does and Trillium should be proud to have someone like her working for them!

It took me a while to open up but Makenzie was patient and gave me a chance to get comfortable and open up. It has since been an overall great experience, even though how worried I was to go to the first class/meeting.
