The service here was incredible, I went to the infusion center for my rabies vaccine and was treated with exceptional care. Special shout out to Scott who helped answer all my questions and gave me water in the meantime while trying to help me schedule a future appointment!
So now I see why others have left you a one Star review. But here is the fun part to the staff all of you were wonderful since I got there nothing but kindness and helpful with helping me understand everything thank you. 5 stars to the staff. But the waiting time was outrageous and uncalled for. But what do I know right I don't have a degree and hospitaling I guess. The lack of communication and care for patients is extremely frustrating. I get its a hoilday weekend but since when did doctors and surgeons get hoildays off? My dad had to suffer in extreme pain for days.
My husband received professional and excellent care. All the medical staff provided him with outstanding care
