assembly line medicine dictated by insurance, take a peek in their meeting rooms, none of the whiteboards have ratings about patient outcome, mostly they're big on collecting copays, in fact before you see a doctor in the ER they send a billing specialist in trying to swipe your credit on the spot, it's really kind of disgusting when they're costs and a bit of margin are covered by the insurance.

Kim pearson is the worst doctor I've never been to in my life. I had a reactive HIV screening and she told me the screenings are never wrong. Turns out they did about 4 HIV tests on me and all the tests were negative for the confirmatory. She mentioned she does not know much about HIV. That is why she should have NEVER told me these these tests are never wrong. She made think I have HIV for a whole week. Horrible horrible horrible Just get your FUNERAL prepared!!!!!!!!! they don’t listen to their patients they are so busy just taking your money!!!!!! I’ve had so many bad experiences from mental health to having my information said in front of many to this last incident. I went to the dermatologist and I’ve told her what was going on with my skin including the results that it came back as saryisis and she said she would prescribe me a cream because it doesn’t look like it’s saryasis and I told her that’s what the test results... read more

Our family recently faced a difficult experience while seeking mental health care for my brother. A doctor recommended he go to the ER for tests, but when he and my father arrived, we learned he was being sent to a mental health facility. We weren’t informed of this plan beforehand, which added to our confusion and stress. At the ER, we faced long waits and limited communication.
