I walked in to be seen in the ER. The receptionist was very sweet and listened to my reasons for coming in. The triage nurse was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I explained that I had a Widowmaker last year, my blood pressure has been running low, & I have a defibrillator. I told her I am on a new medicine and my BP is low again. I told her what my symptoms were that brought me in, and that the Unitypoint My Nurse is the one who told me to come in. Triage Nurse took my BP and said that was fine (104/52).
