Who ever they had working as operator at 2:50 p.m on march 8th was very rude and very unhelpful when it came to just figuring out when my follow up appointment was and where to go. She sent me to emergancy who sent me back to her and again she was unhelpful. Usually this is my go to hospital the doctors and nurses are usually great but the supporting staff sometimes feels like they just dont care.
The wait is just as long as any hospital not impressed. Xray was done over an hour ago still nothing from anyone just put in a small hot room to wait while I listen to the staff joke around and laugh with each other obviously not doing there jobs
