I felt that my time was not considered during my visit. The nursing staff came across as rude and inattentive. My nurse left the blood pressure cuff on my arm without waiting for it to finish, and barely checked on me… maybe two or three times total during a six-hour stay. I felt completely neglected. Dr. Kinzey came in very late and briefly stated that I “must have something viral,” possibly with some inflammation and constipation. Staff were super unprofessional talking disrespectfully about patients took them over two hours to give my wife an x-ray after she broke her foot even though they clearly weren't busy if they have time to gossip at the stations or given the fact somebody was put in the same room as my wife who fell a few days prior could walk and had slight pain was seen, given x rays, and pain meds within a half hour
Dr. Kinzey is the worst. Not one bit of sympathy for patients. Completely dismissed my concerns AFTER being sent here from urgent care with concern of a blood clot in my lung. Had him in January as well and again downplayed my eye injury resulting in me having to do rounds of steroids with my eye doctor. Just retire. You do not care about your patients and should NOT be providing care. He came in not even bothering to look at my symptoms or current diagnoses or what medications im even on. Sad thing is if you park in the far lot there's no real good crosswalk to get to the door. You have to walk around one driveway or the other driveway. Otherwise you have to walk across the grass which I did. What a stupid design of this hospital. Oh yeah the staff was friendly.
Luke's did nothing for a family member. Turned her away. This hospital sucks.
