Lack of communication and doctor McGaughey was rude and didn’t knowledge me talking to him until my husband asked him if he heard me and he said he did. He also didn’t shut the door or introduce himself until we asked him who he was… Also, they didn’t communicate with him before his appointment that they needed more testing until we called for the fifth time after being out on hold for five minutes.
