2 hours waiting when no one is the waiting room, really shows nothing is an emergency with them 30 mins of waiting and someone comes in and they are brought straight to a room, how? Pain isn't an emergency when my ear drum feels like its gonna explode but someone who states they arent in any discomfort gets to jump the line because they knew the receptionist is a level of petty I wasnt prepared for! Unity point is in the business of making money not help people! Do better!

They are rude when you ask questions, and they make you feel like a number instead of a person! It shows they are in the business of making money instead of helping people that are in pain, there is no rush to get anyone seen and it shows in most the staff I will be going to mercy for my next visits that is foresure!

I arrived at the emergency room after having excrucatating lower right abdominal pain. I could not stand, walk. I got through the doors and collapsed. Rolling and crying in pain. The workers would not help me up off the floor. I did not have enough strength to get myself up. I was begging for them to help me get in a wheelchair. They refused and were hoovering over me.
