Incompetent triage, nurse who was rude and acted like I was a druggie to the point they did a drug test and (guess what?) found nothing, did a pregnancy test even though I told triage, all the nurses that came in there, AND the doctor that I’d already had a full hysterectomy and my tubes removed. Never addressed the issue and the entirety of their documentation is incorrect like they made everything up. Tell me you don’t listen or take your patients seriously without actually telling me.

Came in for answers. Received zero. No explanation or suggestions for discharge. Did not address my concerns or pain. Would not recommend to anyone.

I went here to get checked out for potential complications from surgery and because I was having palpitations and felt like I was going to feint. I told them from the moment I started with triage that I had had a hysterectomy just over two weeks prior (I do not have a uterus, cervix, or tubes) and I made sure every nurse and the doctor involved in my care knew that as part of why I was there.
