The receptionist just hung up on me when I was trying to ask a question and was rude.
The call wait time was ridiculous! I was on hold for over 6 minutes. After the seconf ' im sorry' i hung up. It would be nice if they had a call back que so i could leave my number and they would call me back w hen a scheduler was available.
Thank you to Emily receptionist for being to kind and helpful. Emily is bilingual and has a good costumer service. Thank you for helping me. Unitypoint has the best people working in this place in Marshalltown.
Just PA's and a Dr(doesn't see people) that over sees them! Must be something going on as they can't keep them and Donna won't let you!!! This location is run VERY poorly in my opinion!!! Urgent/Express Care is BETTER than this location!!!
I went in to get a return to work after a stroke. And can not for THE LIFE OF ME get a return to work they keep referring me to sports medicine who can NOT do a return to work I WOULD MOT O. MY LIFE RECOMMEND due to all the red tape
