They will reschedule you if youre 5 mins late but if you get there 15 minutes early you know theyre gonna jerk you around in waiting rooms for hours
Very friendly receptionist, nurses are polite and friendly as well.
Had an appointment scheduled seven months out that was canceled and rescheduled on a different day in a different town without calling me first. The Follow Up visit had to also be rescheduled. Both had to be rescheduled three months later than this appointment because their echocardiogram department is super busy and had to send people to other locations so they wouldn’t be so busy at that location in Waterloo.
