HAD MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . STAFF UNWILLIMG TO LISTEN TO CONCERNS ' COULDNT DO THEIR JOB SO SENT A PERSON HOME WITH AN UNQUALIFIED OLDER HUSBAND WITH HIS OWN HEALTH ISSUES BECAUSE CANT FIND PLACEMENT FOR WIFE. . DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THE CONDITION OF HOME AND DIDNN'T WANT TO KNOW WHEN ASKED QUESTIONS I WAS TOLD TO LEAVE. TOTAL LACK OF CARING FOR THE FAMILY AS THEY WEREN' HER PATIENT.
WHAT A NIGHTMARE. Gave my mom a medicine she had in her chart NOT to give her. Food was disgusting and was never what we ordered. The weekend staff was not trained at all. It took up to 15-35 minutes for them to respond to the call light causing a broken pelvis patient to soil the bed waiting for them for assistance to the bathroom (several times this happened). Never saw anyone, doctors, nurses or aides wash their hands or use sanitizer. Will never go there again
