Everyone was great. My therapist was fantastic!!
Called ME to schedule my appointment when i left guidelink, but cant call me when the "director" cancels my appointment and only sends out a mychart message? This place has been such a joke for a long time. If you have medicaid and are lucky enough to find somewhere else that will take your insurance, go there. At this point I'll be looking in different counties for new services. Don't even waste you're time here.
Because i was mistreated today on the phone by the secretary, because i asked them for the doctors hours, so that my workers, and I can make it, and try to make it flexible, but she really didn't want to do it,because she told me that I had today at the last second or next week, but I wasn't sure of my workers schedule, and she had a bad attitude told me I need do these days, and I was never treated like this in the past, and they were more flexible, but now she isn't, and she told me that policy has changed and I can go som... read more
This has been 2nd time working with Abbe for my clients. They were very nice and helpful during initial intake. They had the care and support to my client. The intake person was very understanding. I recommend the Iowa City Abbe over the Cedar Rapids branch anytime.
The Abbe Counseling staff has been wonderful - good communication and patient with navigating my family’s needs.
