Because i was mistreated today on the phone by the secretary, because i asked them for the doctors hours, so that my workers, and I can make it, and try to make it flexible, but she really didn't want to do it,because she told me that I had today at the last second or next week, but I wasn't sure of my workers schedule, and she had a bad attitude told me I need do these days, and I was never treated like this in the past, and they were more flexible, but now she isn't, and she told me that policy has changed and I can go som... read more

This has been 2nd time working with Abbe for my clients. They were very nice and helpful during initial intake. They had the care and support to my client. The intake person was very understanding. I recommend the Iowa City Abbe over the Cedar Rapids branch anytime.

I’ve had 3 appointments cancelled on me in a row, this has made me give up on trying to get better. Try somewhere else if you actually want to get in to see someone. What is the point of asking for help if the people whose jobs it is the help don’t?

What has happened to this clinic in the last year? Like others I'm being denied my SNRI and forced to go into withdrawals on a medication I've been on since 2007. This is pure cruelty and unethical. When asked what to do about withdrawals due to their "soup nazi" way of practicing, I got told "go to the er" and was hung up on by Sara at the front desk.
