lucky if you have a problem and they will help you. Better get there real, real early, or they will just kick you out. This location is very shameful. Needs a total overhaul.
I called ahead because my father has a heavy accent and I wanted to let the staff know so there wouldn’t be any communication issues when he arrived. I wasn’t trying to give a medical report, I was just trying to help him communicate. The person I spoke with was dismissive and said, “This isn’t an ER and we don’t take reports,” in a way that felt rude and uncaring. Super Clean, very friendly staff, provider was great. Highly recommend
I scheduled an online appt. Called in with a question before the appt. Was told they would check and call me back, and instead of calling back to provide an answer to my question, they called me back saying I should instead go to the Dunes clinic as they take walk ins. That had nothing to do with what I was asking, and if I had wanted to go to the Dunes clinic, I would have scheduled with them.
Outstanding service!! Staff, nurses, and PA were very helpful, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!
