The doctor is good but the office never answers the phone. You always have to leave a message and wait for a call back. As someone with a busy schedule it is frustrating that you have to wait 6 months for an appointment to then not be able to communicate with the office. One time I left a message and it was 2 weeks before I got a call back.
Dr K is awesome! She actually listens to what you’re saying and then ask questions about the issues you’re having. She treats you as a person, not as a body on an assembly line like the last doctor I saw.
Please oh please do not go here. The single most invalidating experience I have ever had in my vast experience in the medical field as someone who has been dealing with pain for eleven years. The nurse literally laughed on the phone when I tried to articulate my pain and explain how I had come to her. Cannot believe I was treated that way and would not wish this experience on my worst enemy.
