Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Kim K was the absolute sweetest, kind, and caring lady.
I brought my mother in yesterday, and we were absolutely blown away by the level of professionalism, respect, and compassion exemplified by the whole team. We're thrilled to have the best in pulmonology care in the area; it makes all the difference when relocating from a major metropolitan area in another state. Doctors and nurse practitioners are great here but staff refuses to be respectful of work schedules or other pertinent schedules. They do not communicate messages well. I dont want to get into total detail. But had issue where I spoke to someone while on my work break which was 10 mins and drew the call out so I was late coming back from break. Was told to take off work without staff knowing my work situation. Like she was my boss. I work at home.
