Dr. Rachel S. Grieder used to be with Carle but is now with OSF but my story is the same. She hasn't kept a single appointment her office scheduled for me over the last 2-1/2 years. Every time she cancelled I was told that she decided to take the day off. If you need a podiatrist, I'd look somewhere else.
Has always been top notch care Highly recommended The staff and doctor are always helpful and get me back on the road to recovery. For those complaining about waiting have never gone to other specialists. Short wait time for me.
Short waiting. Dr. Grider is the best for feet
Dr. Grieder is amazing, she is so much more knowledgeable and thorough than other foot docs I have seen. Staff was helpful and friendly and I only waited about 15 minutes. I will definitely recommend Dr. Grieder!
I would leave zero stars if I could. Waited over an hour just to see the doctor.
