Terrible… The receptionists are to busy on their phones. I stood by the check in window and waited for 3 minutes for the receptionist to finally look away from her cell phone and help me. The other receptionist at the other window was also on her her and looked right at me then back at her phone. HORRIBLE! Exact reason I switched my daughter to an amazing pediatrician in Des Moines.
I love this office! Nurse practitioner Alex Adams is phenomenal and always made my kiddos feel welcome. Everyone in the office does. Great healthcare, great listening, and so easy to schedule and get seen. The girls up front are on top of it. Thank you!
