Horrible experience calling to make an appt for my first check up. The receptionist seriously asked me how I knew I was pregnant if I couldn't remember my last period. I told her because I'm 22 weeks pregnant and can see and feel the baby moving( mind you this is my 4th healthy pregnancy) And she stated she couldn't help me and I needed to call back when I have that information. I called the office to schedule an appointment and the first receptionist I spoke with was VERY RUDE! She had asked me why I was calling and I had stated I was calling to make an appointment, it went silent for a brief minute and then I was met with “and?” So I proceeded to mention why I was calling and she rudely said “um I can’t hear you so you need to repeat what you said” at that point I asked to be transferred to somebody else because she was not friendly. Dr. Johnson is the best. He is always professional, polite and kind.
I've been going here for over 20 years, always had the utmost care and respect for all of my very different pregnancies and deliveries. Very caring group of Doctors and Nurses.
I absolutely love this OB group and trust them with my life and my babies. They have delivered both my babies within the last year and every provider has always answered any concern I have and has made me feel comfortable in any situation. I highly recommend this OB group!!
