Be sure you don’t get scammed they will tell you your insurance doesn’t offer gender testing (when they likely do) with the genetic “Unity testing” this way you will pay 150 for a sneak peak test. Then will blame the patient saying they didn’t ask for it during genetic testing, but can pay 150 or wait for an ultrasound at 20 weeks.

This office is horrible very rude and lazy people. They advertise they had no way to look up insurance. Very strange being that half of the insurance companies don’t even provide cards anymore.

I’ve had 3 pregnancies with Unitypoint OB and been really happy with the care I received from the medical team. However, I won’t be going back for any future care due to the customer service from the billing department. The billing department is a third party so they did not fully understand pregnancy billing processes. Their misunderstanding of the policy, resulted in me having to pay more out of pocket. I’m not going to mention names or throw anyone under the bus, but I’d definitely recommend getting your pregnancy care somewhere else for multiple reasons.
