They are very nice and friendly. I've beening Dr. Sue Olmstead forever. Very detail oriented and very personal. Love this place!
Beyond disappointed on how today was handled will never go back to this location and would not refer them the dr I had was nice but the front staff pass and the office manager was very argumentative...I guess I shouldn't be surprised after reading the reviews
The front desk is nice and the nurses are great. But the "doctor", not so much. Lindsay Nees is a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE listener. I don't have insurance so we should have a bit more freedom ordering tests but regardless of my literal dozens of symptoms, she refuses to order an MRI. I try to explain the symptoms I'm experiencing (which are progressing and very concerning) and my thought process along the way, what I've tried and what helped and what didnt help, but she would interrupt nonstop. Ive been going to this office with Lindsey Nees for 5 years and she is an amazing dr!!!! The staff is always friendly!! If you use the mychart online they get back to with a day or 2!!! Lindsey if you see this thank you for all the care you give and taking the time to always listen to my needs!!! Lindsey you will be missed!!!
I love this location. Dr. Hinsey is very good at her job. She is a listens.and explains well. I didn't ever feel rush. The nurse and front desk staff were all helpful and kind.
