Very frustrated with their misinformation and amount of time it took to submit a referral for my continued care. Had to contact them multiple times and received conflicting information depending on who answered the phone.
I love No. Liberty Family Health Care and have been going there for 32 years. I rate all the medical professionals there as VERY GOOD!
Best clinic I've been to, since I left my pediatrician. I've followed Dr. von Harz for over 10 years. She listens, not in a rush, and very knowledgeable. The clinic always tries to get me in to, when I need to be seen. I never had an issue her. I love her and the clinic. Polite staff too!
Went here back in May, paid my quoted visit fee in full (I don’t have insurance so I make sure I can pay out of pocket before going), and then received a surprise $50 invoice in the mail 2 weeks later. I’ve called multiple times for an explanation of what the extra charge is for, and they literally have never provided an answer other than it’s an extra “Dr.’s fee”. 🙂 Please don’t go here they’re dishonest with pricing and will make you pay extra after the fact.
