Very disappointed in Bisgard! She definitely does not listen to her patients and very rude! When trying to communicate with her she bushed off any concerns or issues I had! She is unprofessional very disrespectful!

My review is about Gabby, someone that works with Jeanne Rasmussen. I've had to speak to her several times on the phone, and every encounter is the same. When she returns a call, the first thing she says is "what's up?" It isn't just that I find that greeting to be rather unprofessional, but it is the tone that accompanies it. She sounds annoyed, so as a patient that's going through something, or needs assistance, it's rather off-putting. I have spent over a decade other than a couple times being gas lit if that is the proper term by providers. For those that know my personal life you know my mother was gas lit and told her symptoms would go away if she lost weight. Right? Wrong she had systemic lupus, cushings, ms, osteoporosis the list goes on. None was diagnosed until she was in the later stages and organs already effected by these diseases.
