Im new to the area and was looking for an urgent care. According to Google, the one on Lacon was closest and it closes at 5pm. Its 2:30, and theyre closed. I understand its new years eve, but Google said theyre open SMH
As in other ratings, yes, the nurse is wonderful. Very personable, kind and really knowledgeable. The Doctor (Angela) is a wonderful lady. I knew right away that I’d be switching doctors to her. Right away I felt like I knew her. Great personality and better doctoring abilities. I highly recommend this place to anyone considering. Perfect.
Susan interrupted me multiple times. And when I attempted to humble my frustration and say that I may be misunderstood because I'm not feeling well, she interrupted me again with "yeah, because" so I again for the 5th time said "excuse me?" Ofc with tonality this time because I attempting to apologize as I may be understood, but unclear because she was having difficulty letting me finish sentences, or even pause to breathe. As I expressed trouble breathing initially in the conversation. Conversation was at 8am march 26th.
The nurse who did my labs was amazing. I think her name is Sarah. She is kind, personable, and went above and beyond to address a concern that has just popped up. She spent so much time chatting with me about our travels, and she made me feel comfortable in a situation I do not find fun. :)
