The girls are so nice and deals are so nice
Absolutely unacceptable care. My child was halfway through a prescribed course of antibiotics when I mistakenly left the medication at home during travel. I called the clinic simply requesting a refill so she could finish her treatment—something any provider with basic compassion and medical ethics would support. Instead, I was met with a flat-out refusal and zero empathy. No concern for continuity of care. The nurses are nice. Waiting 20 minutes or longer for the dr. To come in is ridiculous. I understand if they are busy but just us another person is ridiculous I think
The hours here are incorrect. I had my 18 month old infant in at 7:30 PM who was miserable with an ear infection. The doctor wouldn’t see us because it was too close to 8 PM. There were ZERO patients waiting. So basically, they should change their hours to close at 7 PM since they are not taking patients. I am disappointed because we have had good experiences here previously, but I wouldn't recommend going in the evening as you won't receive care.
Scott Johnson and all the nurses there are lovely, extremely friendly, understanding and accommodating.
