Absolutely unacceptable care. My child was halfway through a prescribed course of antibiotics when I mistakenly left the medication at home during travel. I called the clinic simply requesting a refill so she could finish her treatment—something any provider with basic compassion and medical ethics would support. Instead, I was met with a flat-out refusal and zero empathy. No concern for continuity of care.
