Went in for the beginning of a respiratory infection. Amy and Brea were great. Made me feel at ease. Answered any questions. Great care, super speedy.

Definitely not express in any sense of the word! Went in with my sick adult daughter (extreme vomiting& abdominal pain). Waited almost 2 hours and never saw anyone! Daughter couldn’t take it anymore and we left. Wanted to like the place, and have not had a bad experience with Carle. Felt let down!
Went in for pain on the inside of my foot under my ankle.Maria Meschewski diagnosised me incorrectly and the Progress notes that are in my my chart are typed up with incorrect information. She states no bruising, although she told me she saw the bruise. Yes, I was wearing a pair of sandals because I didn't want to squeeze my sore foot into a tennis shoe and my shoes are too small when my foot brace is being worn. I left with a kenolog shot.
