Refused to see my boyfriend unless he had an appointment told us they didn't have anytime for him the person that came in behind didn't have an appointment either but they rushed him in right away.
A few weeks ago I went in with a severe cough, barely able to speak. There was a sign on the front door saying "no walk-ins". I was in bad enough shape that I decided to check with the receptionist just incase. When she told me I couldn't get in without an appointment (my symptoms where severe enough that I didn't have time to make one) I turned around and left. How does the receptionist respond? Took my daughter to be seen. ALL signs say open 8am to 8pm DAILY. I received test results on MyChart so I called to see if she needs medication or how it's treated and get a message stating "we are closed! Call back during regular business hours 8am to 8pm!" It's 6:00pm so that's clearly NOT their hours! They need different postings about correct hours.
