A few weeks ago I went in with a severe cough, barely able to speak. There was a sign on the front door saying "no walk-ins". I was in bad enough shape that I decided to check with the receptionist just incase. When she told me I couldn't get in without an appointment (my symptoms where severe enough that I didn't have time to make one) I turned around and left. How does the receptionist respond? Took my daughter to be seen. ALL signs say open 8am to 8pm DAILY. I received test results on MyChart so I called to see if she needs medication or how it's treated and get a message stating "we are closed! Call back during regular business hours 8am to 8pm!" It's 6:00pm so that's clearly NOT their hours! They need different postings about correct hours.
Bad services
Excellent service and care. I couldn't get into my family physician, so I chose this location because it was the closest to me. Nurse and A. DUDLEY ARNP were thorough and professional. Took care of my needs. I received a follow-up call two days later.
