I called about a question regarding my gut because I am pregnant and worried I have something I had in the past. They treated me like I was weird for asking the question. I’m not a weird person calling I genuinely had a question and was nervous to call to begin with because it’s embarrassing to me but I did for reassurance and they were rude. I’m glad you all work in a healthcare setting and can be mean to patients genuinely concerned. Very strange.
Everyone was great from the front desk staff to the nurses. The Dr was awesome. Not very often do you find one that has a good sense of humor and when you’re not feeling well it’s a bright spot in your day. He was also very knowledgeable and seemed like he actually cared. By far the best urgent care in the area hands down!!!
Normally my go to office, but don’t call yourself an “express clinic” if you’re going to tell patients they can’t be seen.
This location is clean, efficient, and it never seems to take long. I'm here often enough, so I've seen a few providers. DR. TREY is THE BEST provider I've seen here by far! If he's not here, I'm not happy because I know I'm gonna leave with not much of a solution, (it's happened at least twice). I wish I could just make an appointment with him. He's sweet, he listens, compassionate, empathetic, and I believe he genuinely cares about his patients (very hard to come by these days). He doesn't just stare at the computer while ... read more
