I'm thankful for the providers who work at the Ankeny express urgent care. I always leave impressed by the efficiency of the self scheduling model and care provided for my children. All the providers have been knowledgeable about our concerns and take the time to discuss treatment options with us. Thank you for the help you provide!
First, I want to say I don’t know what these other idiots are talking about. This staff is one of the best I have ever experienced! Better than all of the other clinics in the area! Second, GET OVER HAVING TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. It’s been 2 1/2 years people! They are no longer a walk in clinic! Do you know how nice it is to make an appointment and not have to sit in a waiting room with Sally and Lou coughing on you (heh that rhymed). I walked in, sat down, and was called back right away. I was hesitant to reserve my spot at this location due to the reviews but still did due to proximity and am so glad I did! The facility is nice and clean, the front staff, nurse, and Dr. Gabriel were all friendly, efficient, and had great bedside manner. In and out in 20 minutes with treatment given. Thanks so much for a good experience during a time of sick!

We brought our 10 month old in tonight 30 minutes before close and everyone was so helpful and kind!! Definitely a quick stop but that was perfect for us and the staff knew what they were doing. Definitely will go back if we need to later on—but of course we all hope that’s not the case!
