Sad to see the negative reviews when I have never had any problems with Dr. Gonzales or his care team. I had septoplasty done and my daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed. We were treated great by the whole care team. Also the pain meds i was prescribed did not help so I contacted Amber (Gonzales's amazing assistant) and she got the pain medication that actually works for me. I personally would recommend them and I have.
Dr gonzales did a septoplasty on my nose and pushed one of my front teeth back and killed it also a 2 weeks later septum keeps collapsing back over i have to shove stuff up my nose to push it back over called to make complaints and was ignored and 4 weeks later no call back he is a horrible surgeon and a complete jerk in person never go here
I saw Dr gonzales pa 2 weeks ago about a sinus infection I've been dealing with since the first of December. They cultured my nose and it came back psudamonis. I got the info in my chart I had to call the office for information. We have been going back and forth with no communication to mebfor 2 weeks now. I finally found out they wanted to do a CT of the sinus but still no communication as to when that will be. I'm super not happy with their service!!! Won't refer anyone or go there again.
