Beware, do not prepay for your services. Pay the minimum amount that they will accept and pay your bill every month. If you prepay they will charge you a excessive amount and they have a long list of excuses why they cant refund, I have a $200 credit and they will not refund. Been requesting refund for 4 months!!!!
Beware! They'll tell you that your device is 100% covered by insurance to get you to sign on the dotted line and then send you the bill after you take it home and can't return it. Then, when you call to ask about the bill, they'll tell you that they will review it and call you back with the answer only to ignore you and continue sending bills.
My experience was with Kevin. He is such an amazing professional and a human being. Very kind, patient, and caring. 11 out of 10. I wish all health professionals would be like him.
I can not begin to express my appreciation for everyone working at UnityPoint at Home. From the phone calls, face to face visits in store, and the delivery personnel, everyone we have encountered have been professional, polite, great attention to detail, and an honest concern for my wife's wellbeing. So very impressed
