If I could give a negative i would. Two months waiting for supplies. TWO MONTHS!! never again will I deal with Unity Point ANYTHING!
I accidentally damaged my inogen. Called and they came out and fixed within 45 minutes. The guy was very nice, respectful and professional.
Beware, do not prepay for your services. Pay the minimum amount that they will accept and pay your bill every month. If you prepay they will charge you a excessive amount and they have a long list of excuses why they cant refund, I have a $200 credit and they will not refund. Been requesting refund for 4 months!!!!
Beware! They'll tell you that your device is 100% covered by insurance to get you to sign on the dotted line and then send you the bill after you take it home and can't return it. Then, when you call to ask about the bill, they'll tell you that they will review it and call you back with the answer only to ignore you and continue sending bills.
