Horrible experience. Got a cpap machine and was literally getting suffocated and called several times for help and got no where now I have to return the machine or they will charge my account cant even get ahold of anyone to figure out how to get it to them during work hours. I will potentially have to either be late to work to get them their machine which will cost me a point at work.
Today 1/16/2025 my overall experience over the phone went well, i spoke to a live person right away, no long waits, but if they did have a wait time I would totally understand why. I got all of my questions answered respectfully even though I may have sounded snappy due to the excruciating pain I've been dealing with and she understood. I even tried to make humor out of it, and Katelyn totally worked with me. I really appreciate her and her patients she had with me, and that's what you call 100% outstanding customer service.... read more
