Don't care about your health.
I went here last Friday looking for a specific knee brace for a family member. Two of the workers kept asking me questions about style, type or kind. I didn't know the answers and they preceeded to keep talking to me even while on the phone and telling what I should do. Then saying if I did purchase the brace, if it was the wrong one I couldn't return it, if we used it.
Mike had great patience and customer service qualities.
Watch your bills and what you have paid. Their accounting system sucks. Don't follow general accounting guidelines so bills get messed up.
