The staff are so incredibly knowledgeable! Unity is very fortunate to have such top quality service for their animals.
If there is one word for the guy that works there, it's 'hostile'. He doesn't introduce himself, he doesn't properly explain things, and if you say anything that he doesn't agree with, he get loud, talks over you, and keeps repeating himself. When I told him something I had been told by a previous vet and I wanted confirmation, he told me that my research couldn't be trusted, something he stood by even when I told him that a VET told me the other thing.
