Doctor is ok but I had to find another doctor because nobody there answers the phone or returns your calls. My pharmacist tried, my insurance tried and same thing. I was on the phone for a week without my meds just trying to get a refill. The message on there answering service says....repeated and frequent call won't help, now why would that say that???? BECAUSE THEY WONT ANSWERS THERE PHONE.
This place is a joke, but I guess I shouldn’t be surprised seeing its ballad death. No one answers their phones. Answering machine says we’ll get back to you shortly, when I finally got through to someone the front desk nurse told me it says within 24 hours. Had a procedure done and was told that a stone couldn’t be reached because of its location on my kidney and was told it wouldn’t cause an issue. Now I’m sitting in the hospital with an infection and WBC of 25000 because of said stone had moved and blocking a pathway. Als... read more
I was treated by Doctor Carter and his wonderful staff, and all I have is positive things to say about them! Check in was seamless. The nurse Chasity took very good care of me getting me ready to see the doctor she was very friendly and professional. The office personnel that I encountered in the hallways were friendly and professional. Everyone had a smile on their face. Upon my arrival to Unity Urology the office staff was very pleasant and accommodating and had me signed in within minutes. During my visit with Dr. Carter he explained my condition clearly. He listened to my question carefully and answered my questions very well. His understanding and caring made me feel comfortable and respected. Dr Carter seems very knowledgeable in the specific area for which he was seeing me. He also involved me in decisions and treatments and offered options.
