Do not book with Unity they make it near impossible to get a refund. I’ve had rooms booked for EDC 2020 and every time I requested a refund it’s been denied. I was even told to dispute with my bank and my group got our money temporarily until it was reversed. I asked if we can get a price match on the hotel rooms we booked through them as we booked the Luxor as a backup for $150 per person cheaper. If unable to do that then move us to the nicer hotel offered. They were unable to do that as well. This is my 3rd time doing bus... read more

My mother and Aunt recently bough tickets on July 5th of this year for a vacation (with Lufthansa) to Nigeria with Audrey (one of the Agents at this location). When they called to confirm their flight (on Wed. 14) they found that the flight had been cancelled the day after it had been booked! After leaving numerous messages and texts and even going to the location, they have still not been able to get in touch with the lady.
