They got one because it's the lowest rating! Not only were they late after confirming pick up time, but the van stunk and he almost crashed us! Never again
They are always 1-2 hours late on return rides!!! When you are in your 90's that is Unacceptable.
I wouldn't be trusting this service to transport me, or any of my loved ones. Saw one of their drivers driving in the parking lane, running through red lights when they missed the yellow, and racing around other cars. Obviously the company doesn't care about training their employees, or their customers safety.
