I hardly know where or how to begin this review, because this experience has been so powerful and positive. We have a custom-made Moroccan tile table that was badly damaged when left out in the elements this winter. I had all but given up on restoring it when a tile artist in Asheville recommended Kerry. I always have a very hard time finding someone to hire for a job. I was given Kerry’s name from another top rated tile guy, he said that Kerry was the only one he trusted to do things right. I am beyond happy that I made this phone call. Kerry answered the phone, he showed up when he said he would. Then he was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and artistic. Kerry's information was given to us by a friend and we couldn't have been happier with his work. He came out to Fairview after we realized we had an issue with a failing shower pan. Not only did he walk us through what would need to be done to resolve the problem, he also helped us to put together a design plan. Kerry was extremely reliable and easy to get ahold of when questions came to mind. Kerry provided invaluable help and professional expertise when we were dealing with subpar work from another local contractor. He met with us and explained all the issues and was instrumental in helping us to get a refund from the previous contractor. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in a similar situation!
