I waited 4-1/2 months for an appointment, skipped a day of work and drove an hour to be told by the receptionist that I had canceled my appointment because the automated telephone reminder said so - no ifs, ands or buts. In fact, she argued with me that I had canceled it as though a machine is completely infallible. Then she offered up another appointment in two days - like I can take off work whenever I want. If this is the level of care that is acceptable to Unity Sleep, I tell everyone I know to stay away.
