Usually excellent service here. Matthew and the team are friendly and helpful. So much better than other 'bigger' pharmacies I've encountered locally.
Usually quite busy but staff are polite & efficient.
I changed to this pharmacist because Ashby since Boots shut down we don't get a good service in Ashby This is the 2nd occasion when I've written down for my husband after checking with the pharmacy that the drugs are ready, and my husband isn't given what they've asked him to ask for. I use this pharmacy a lot for prescriptions and advice ,the service is excellent all the staff are polite and helpful and l am satisfied with their answers to any problems l have put to them.
